One of the greatest joys for Estonia when it freed itself from Soviet occupation was the restoration of sea-links with its neighbours.
Yachts from all over the Baltic Sea region could once again flock into Tallinn Harbour or to many other smaller ones along the coast and around the islands.
Thanks to the open borders that come with being part of Europe, sailing around Estonia and the surrounding countries is hassle free.
There are modern ports along the coast and on the larger islands - you can easily reach them all by yacht, which are readily available to hire.
There is no need to be 21st century when travelling on our waters – we have restored several 19th century sailing boats for you to enjoy.
