Varbla Museum

The museum is housed in the Uue-Varbla manor house. The exhibits portray everyday local life from the first half of the last century as well as the history of Varbla municipality. The museum also includes a handicraft room and the "book attic" of writer Karl Ristikivi who was from Varbla. In the manor's granary you can see old tools and machinery. The wooden main building of the manor from 1797 in the early classicist style is a unique sight on its own.

The museum was founded as a private initiative and functions as a non-profit organisation, under the leadership of the Family Kask. A traditional handicraft fair is also organised.
