The holiday house is located in a quiet residential area of Kuressaare, a 15-minute walk from the city centre. The beach and golf course are a few minutes' drive away.
Up to 10 people can enjoy a holiday with family or friends at the Viirpuu Holiday House. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a toilet, and a shower. The lower floor has rest rooms, a toilet, a shower, a large hall, and a spacious kitchen with everything you need.

There is a large closed yard around the house and a spacious terrace on the sunny side.

The house was renovated in 2019: the interior retains the atmosphere of the 1980s with furniture and a library typical of that era.
