Oru tänav-21, Viljandi
Lavish mansions surround the edge of Viljandi’s Trepimägi Hill. The three-storey Nemwalz Villa is not the largest, but it is definitely worth discovering after it underwent a thorough renovation. It is a heimat-style villa that has been reconstructed in an effort to keep the era-appropriate original look.
The building, designed by architect Johannes Fuks, was built in 1925. Today, the building houses the Rural Development Foundation.
The building can be viewed from the outside.
