Aidu quarry, Aidu-Nõmme rest area and campfire site

One part of RMK's long Kauksi-Penijõgi hiking trail runs in the Aidu quarry. The trail in the former oil shale quarry of Aidu has a unique landscape and beautiful views. You can cross the canals by rafts and climb up and down the mountains. The Aidu-Nõmme campfire site is place by the light blue water canal is also on the way, there you can prepare and to make a barbecue and relax.
The campfire site has open hut, a campfire grill and dry toilet.
