The Banned Books Museum is located in the Old Town of Tallinn. It preserves forbidden, censored, and burned books from all over the world.

We believe in the free exchange of ideas and ask that museum visitors come here with an open mind and be ready to see material that they may not agree with. Visitors can consider perspectives that might otherwise be somewhat offensive.

We also sell various books on the freedom of expression on-site and 100% of our revenue goes to further the museum's mission.
