Tallinn's new promenade is a footpath along the seaside, where the Culture Kilometre has run, connecting the Kalasadam (fish market area) with the Seaplane Harbour museum, Patarei Prison, Kalamaja Park and the Noblessner quarter. It was first opened in 2016 to celebrate the Maritime Culture Year. Beeta Promenade makes the former industrial area a pedestrian and family-friendly place to stroll.
