Rules of the Estonian Stress Buster Giveaway Campaign

  1. The Estonian Stressbuster Giveaway Campaign (the Campaign) is a promotional game that runs between 21st of August 2017 – 1st of October 2017, and is organised by Enterprise Estonia (the Organizer) and it's Agent "Event Masters OÜ".
  2. The Campaign procedures have been determined by the Organizer of the Campaign under the following conditions: All decisions of the Organizer in carrying out the Campaign are final and compulsory for all participants. All disputes arising from the Campaign are to be resolved under the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
  3. The Campaign is open to all natural persons residing outside of Estonia.
  4. In order to participate in the Campaign, the participant must submit a correct e-mail address, specify his/her country of residence and accept the rules in the website visitestonia.com/stressbuster.
  5. Employees of the Organizer and/or of its procurement partners are not eligible to take part in the Campaign.
  6. The Campaign prize is a trip for 2 persons to Estonia. The trip includes return flights to Tallinn from any European airport, 2 nights hotel accommodation in a twin/double room, 2 dinners at a restaurant and a visit to 1 nature destination in Estonia chosen by the Organizer. The value of the prize is 1,000 € per 2 persons. In total 5 prizes will be drawn out.
  7. The winner must be at least 18 years of age.
  8. The Campaign winner must contact the Organizer in order to claim the Campaign prize within 30 days of the announcement of the results.
  9. The participant cannot claim reimbursement from the Organizer for the expenses incurred in participating in the Campaign.
  10. From each participating target market, one winner of the Campaign prize will be selected by means of a draw. Participating target markets are Germany, Sweden, Norway and United Kingdom. In addition, one winner will be selected from all participants whose given country of residence is any other country than 4 target countries and Estonia.
  11. If the drawn winner is an Estonian resident, a new draw will be conducted until a foreign resident (set out in section 10) wins.
  12. The winners of the Campaign prizes will be announced in 4th of October 2017 on the Visit Estonia Facebook page.
  13. The Campaign prize winners will be contacted by their given e-mail address within five days of the announcement of the winner.
  14. The Organizer will contact the winner via e-mail address provided, for the purpose of obtaining the winner's name, surname, age and country of residence to book the trip.
  15. The Campaign prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any other product or service.
  16. The Campaign prize must be redeemed and used by the 1st of October 2018.
  17. All of the information given by the participants will remain confidential, and the Organizer will not publish it without the consent of the participant, nor share it with third parties. By consent of the participant, the Organizer may use the information itself or share it with third parties for specific marketing activities, market research, analysis, or other related purposes and subscribe the participant in Visit Estonia electronic newsletter database. The participant has the right to unsubscribe from the newsletter database.
  18. The Organizer has the right to change the Campaign rules, incl. the prizes, announcing it on the same web page as the Campaign rules.
  19. If a Campaign participant has ignored the rules of the Campaign or given false or incorrect information, as well as in the case of other failures not attributable to the Organizer of the Campaign, the Organizer will not be held responsible for not organising the draw or awarding the prizes. The Organizer of the Campaign has a unilateral right to interrupt the Campaign and stop awarding the prizes, if the rules have been violated or in other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), by a public announcement on the Campaign web page.
  20. Claims and questions about the organisation and/or operation of the Campaign must be sent by e-mail to the address tourism@eas.ee within seven days of the announcement of the results.
  21. The Organizer of the Campaign will review claims within 7 days from their date of receipt, and will announce their decision to the submitter of the claim by the e-mail provided in the claim.
