Rules of the Family Vacation Giveway Campaign

  1. The Family Vacation Giveaway Campaign (the Campaign) is a promotional game that runs between 26 June 2017 – 31 August 2017, and is organised by Enterprise Estonia (the Organiser) and its Agent “Event Masters OÜ”.
  2. The Campaign procedures have been determined by the Organiser of the Campaign under the following conditions: All decisions of the Organiser in carrying out the Campaign are final and compulsory for all participants. All disputes arising from the Campaign are to be resolved under the valid legislation of the Republic of Estonia.
  3. The Campaign is open to all natural persons residing outside of Estonia who have participated in the “Kids know best” campaign during 18 October 2016 – 18 December 2016 or “Family Vacation” campaign during 29 March 2017 – 17 April 2017.
  4. In order to participate in the Campaign, the participant must submit a form that they received via e-mail.
  5. Employees of the Organiser and/or of its procurement partners are not eligible to take part in the Campaign.
  6. The Campaign prize is a reimbursement of expenses that the Campaign winner or their family incurred during the Campaign period on the territory of Estonia. Expenses will be reimbursed for up to 1,500 € in total. Upon the Organisers request, the winner must provide valid proof of purchases (receipts, invoices) issued by an Estonian-registered company.
  7. Should the proof of purchases be ineligible, the Organiser will contact the Campaign winner on no more than 1 (one) occasion to secure valid proof of purchases.
  8. The winner must be at least 18 years of age.
  9. The Campaign winner must claim the Campaign prize within 1 month of the announcement of the results.
  10. From each participating target market, one winner of the Campaign prize will be selected by means of a draw. Participating target markets are Russia, Finland, and Latvia.
  11. If the drawn winner is an Estonian resident or fails to provide valid proof of purchases, a new draw will be conducted until a foreign resident with valid proof of purchases wins.
  12. The winner of the Campaign prize will be announced in September 2017 on the Visit Estonia Facebook page.
  13. The Campaign prizewinners will be contacted by e-mail within five (5) days of the announcement of the winner.
  14. On receipt of the winner’s submitted proof of purchase, the Organiser will conduct a verification of the purchase and receipt. Once verified, the Organiser will contact the winner via e-mail address provided, for the purpose of obtaining the winner’s name, surname and banking details to enable the Participant to make the reimbursement.
  15. The Campaign prize is not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for any product unless otherwise advertised.
  16. All of the information given by the participants will remain confidential, and the Organiser will not publish it without the consent of the participant, nor share it with third parties. By consent of the participant, the Organiser may use the information itself or share it with third parties for specific marketing activities, market research, analysis, or other related purposes. The participant has the right to remove their information from the data base of the Organiser.
  17. The Organiser has the right to change the Campaign rules, incl. the prizes, announcing it on the same web page as the Campaign rules.
  18. If a Campaign participant has ignored the rules of the Campaign or given false or incorrect information, as well as in the case of other failures not attributable to the Organiser of the Campaign, the Organiser will not be held responsible for not organising the draw or awarding the prizes. The Organiser of the Campaign has a unilateral right to interrupt the Campaign and stop awarding the prizes if the rules have been violated or in other unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), by a public announcement on the Campaign web page.
  19. Claims and questions about the organisation and/or operation of the Campaign must be sent by e-mail to the address within seven (7) days of the announcement of the results.
  20. The Organiser of the Campaign will review claims within 7 days from their date of receipt, and will announce their decision to the submitter of the claim by the e-mail provided in the claim.
