See photos (16) Saesaar reservoir with Lonny has become the favourite of many; this trip is taken repeatedly with family, friends or guests from abroad.
Sailing takes you to the fairytale of nature: a lake with dark waters, sandstone outcrops with sand martins and kingfishers, who nest there, pondweed floating in the water, a family of beavers and their daily activities.
The trip lasts 45 minutes; we will talk about the nature, legends and the formation of the reservoir. The ship has a café that also sells souvenirs.
The riverboat embarks from Saesaar harbour on every hour between noon and 6 pm. Friday and Saturday trips include catering.

Wheelchair access
Riverboat Lonny embarks from Saesaar harbour. Saesaar harbour is 1.2 km from Taevaskoda village. When coming by Tartu-Põlva highway, turn towards Taevaskoda village from the Taevaskoda intersection. 1.2 km after the Taevaskoda village, turn right. Drive another 400 m and park your car once you reach Saesaar car park. The harbour is 150 m from the car park; the trail starts by the gates.
