Japanese Restaurant Haku

In 2017, Haku Restaurant was awarded three Silver Spoons in the gastronomy competition ‘Silver Spoon’. The kitchen of this authentic Japanese family restaurant is managed by the owner of the place, chef Shuichi Shiraishi, who is from Japan and accredited by the Japanese government. His Estonian wife takes care of the visitors, who are greeted with high-quality Japanese dishes and a warm welcome.
Shuichi Shiraishi has worked as the head chef at Japanese embassies, the best restaurants around the world, and the Michelin-star winning restaurant Bulgari.
