Winner of the Silver Spoon of 2019 – the best Asian cuisine. In 2017, the Haku restaurant was awarded three Silver Spoons. The owner and chef of the place, Shuichi Shiraishi, was chosen as the best chef, and Haku was declared winner in the best international cuisine and service categories. The chef's Estonian wife Marju Shiraishi takes care of the visitors in the cosy restaurant in the heart of Tallinn.
The restaurant serves seafood and meat dishes in exciting sauces based on the chef's own recipe. Authentic Japanese cuisine and a warm welcome await you at Haku.

Wow, what a treat. Excellent food, the freshest ingredients perfectly prepared. Friendly and flexible, customer first, service in a perfect ambiance. This is one of the best restaurants in Tallinn.
