Japanese Restaurant Washoku Story

Washoku Story is not an ordinary restaurant – it is the home kitchen of Japanese Hide Hirakata, but 13 times larger. A few years back, Hide came to Estonia and invited some Estonians to his apartment, where he served proper and exceptionally delicious Japanese ramen. That is how Washoku Story began and now, Hide prepares delicious Japanese dishes and talks to you in the restaurant exactly as he has done in his home.
Washoku Story offers an experience of the Japanese food culture on a daily basis – you can experience and taste authentic Japanese cuisine without leaving Tallinn.
