On the south side of the house there is a large enclosed terrace that can be illuminated and has comfortable outdoor furniture. Around the house there is enough lawn space for playing ball or other games.
The ground floor of the house contains a lobby / rest room, dining / fireplace room, a kitchenette, shower and sauna. Bedrooms are both on the ground and first floor.
