Mõisanaps, a decantation workroom at Sagadi Manor
During the time of manors, each lady of the manor took pride in their task of mixing drinks according to their secret recipes. They used herbs, berries, and flavourings, which made the vodka decanted in their manor tasty and often gave the drink health benefits. The best recipes were known more widely and some of them are still used today.
