Pime park in Narva-Jõesuu
The resort of Narva-Jõesuu is made up of the sea, pine forests, and Dark and Light parks. These parks are divided by streets. The area towards the sea from Vabaduse Street is Dark Park.
Dark Park, resembling a forest park, is built in a naturally grown pine forest on the beach bank. At the beginning of the 20th century, there was a dense network of roads in the forest and pavilions of white pillars were built on the hills.
Aia Street is the street nearest to the sea in Narva-Jõesuu and it runs through the middle of the seaside Dark Park. It is a renewed promenade in the forest, where city residents and visitors can go for a walk and enjoy some fresh air with the whole family.
