Uue-Suislepa manor

The name of Suislepa is familiar to Estonians thanks to the Suislepa apple cultivar which comes from the orchard of this manor. A commemorative stone marks the place where the parent tree of the famous cultivar once grew.

The main part of the main building of the manor has only one floor with a high base and its middle part has two floors; the edifice was constructed in classical style and its main entrance is in the left wing of the front part of the building.

After nationalization, the manor was used as a school for years. Today, it is a home to a kindergarten and a library. Admittance must be arranged beforehand.
