Lake Tamula Beach and the Beach Promenade
Lake Tamula Beach is located in the city of Võru, on the shore of Lake Tamula.
The beach is maintained and there are changing cabins and various attractions. You can play football and volleyball, sunbathe on the grass or the sandy beach, have fun on the playground, or build sandcastles. You can take the sailing boat Tuuletark or the vessel Tamula vanake to go onto the lake. Lifeguards will look out for your safety.
The beach promenade of Tamula Lake begins at Tamula Hotel and runs along the beach to Roosisaare bridge. There are lovely benches and swings next to the promenade, which are perfect for observing the ducks and swans.
