Mustahamba oak

Mustahamba Oak is a healthy and viable tree with a beautiful spreading top. Its trunk is covered with crosses cut in the bark to denote dead villagers buried in the graveyard. The girth of the tree is 6.65 m and height 25 metres. Its name is derived from the name of Mustahamba farm (presently Suure-Tamme farm), as the tree is growing on its land. Mustahamba Oak has inspired Günther Reindorff, an Estonian graphic artist who has used it in his works.
