Loona Manor is just at the right distance from larger cities that chasing for fancier ingredients is not worth it. Therefore, the menu of the restaurant mainly includes simple foods prepared with locally sourced ingredients.

Local anglers provide us with fish and we get our lamb from the local organic farm. Red beet, which is very common, tastes unbelievably good with beef stew or wild boar roast after the syrup ladies of Leedri village add a drop of juniper syrup to the marinade.
