Paper marbling workshop in TYPA
Paper marbling is a creative but simple technique that dates back 1,000 years. Marbling paints are dripped in a bath filled with a special liquid which remain on the surface of the water and into which beautiful patterns can be painted with a bamboo stick. When a sheet of paper is placed on the pattern layer, the paint adheres to the paper. To marble a new sheet, the process must be started again, so each marbled sheet is unique.
You can make up to three A4 sheets in the workshop. In case of A3 format, an additional fee of 0.50 euros is added for each sheet.
