Pilguse Residency's restaurant focuses on ingredients that come from Saaremaa's nature. No matter if it comes from the sea or sky, we transform and prepare it with respect and gratitude.

Our seasonal menu is based on local produce as much as possible. This offers a menu that changes throughout the year, thus allowing our regular customers to experience new flavours. In addition to the main dishes, our à la carte menu offers whole smoked trout or chicken, which is perfect for family style sharing.
