Restaurant Raimond

The Fine Dining Restaurant Raimond is located in the historic Pärnu Mud Baths building at Pärnu beach and it is the seaside part of the Hedon Spa & Hotel complex. During the summer period, a terrace overlooking the beach promenade is open. Restaurant Raimond is like a separate world, where tastes, smells, textures and enjoyment become important.

We offer a 3-course a'la carte menu, tasting menus and group menus inspired by Nordic flavours and local produce. The most important thing for us is to offer you experiences that exceed expectations! We strive for this every day, to ensure the satisfaction of every guest.
