REQUEST INFORMATION View on map

The Kodavere Heritage Centre was built to give new life to the old and architecturally unique Pala rural municipality building.
The centre organises events related to heritage culture and introduces visitors to the Estonian peasant culture of Kodavere parish. If you book ahead, it is possible to see an exhibition of the history of Kodavere parish rural municipalities and community centres, as well as handicraft exhibitions of local craftsmen. The exhibition Kodavere kiil eelä ja tänä is dedicated to the Kodavere dialect and there is also a memorial room for the poet Anna Haava.
The Heritage Centre organises workshops on heritage culture and trips to the heritage places of the region upon reservation.
