Koogel-Moogel is a family cafe that operates out of the Piip & Tuut Funhouse.
You will find us on Toompea, right next to the Patkuli staircase and viewing platform. The building is very old - it was once the coach house for one Baron von Uexküll.
Koogel-Moogel is a cafe where making food is considered an art ja and a true expression of creativity. Everything we offer is made from organic ingredients and taking the taste of both adults and kids into account.
The cafe's interior is cosy and home-like, but also fun and exciting - after all, Koogel-Moogel is both a cafe and theatre. It can be easily turned into an auditorium for performances.
