Kesk tänav-4, Mõisaküla linn, Mulgi vald, Viljandi maakond
The permanent exhibition of the museum depicts the history of Mõisaküla from the time that it was founded, as well as the educational life, cultural life, and sports activities of the town.
Many of the exhibitions involve the railway, since the founding and development of Mõisaküla is closely related to the railway. These include bronze signs for the rolling stock and factory and the models of a steam engine, passenger car, locomotive, and railway trolley.
The most valuable exhibits in the museum are undeniably the olympic medals of the heavyweight weightlifter Arnold Luhaäär, a native of Mõisaküla.
In good weather, it is possible to order a ride in a draisine for an additional fee (2 euros).
