Tallinn's Medieval Old Town takes on an especially magical quality in winter. And therefore, Visit Estonia is delighted to share the news that the beloved Tallinn Christmas Market is to take place again in 2021! The dates are set - stay tuned for the 26th of November when the lush Christmas tree towering the fairy-tale-like Town Hall square will be put up! The tree’s lights are lit on the First Sunday of Advent, which also marks the opening of Tallinn’s Christmas market.
December brings high spirits and a festive mood to Tallinn's medieval churches, lovely shops, and onto the city streets.
P.S. – Do not hesitate to venture outside the Old Town, because most public squares will have their own beautiful Christmas trees, and there are always many festive events all over the city.
