See photos (12) Our forests are full of food and vitamins. Have you ever taken a walk in a forest and thought about the value of clean food picked directly from the forest? Do you know how a spring bud of rowan tastes like raw, or a sprout of rosebay willowherb in a pan, or a blossom of Mayday tree in a lemonade? There is food in the forest in spring, summer and autumn.
We will hike to the Kõrvemaa region and discover the authentic food from Estonian forests. The hike is approximately 3-5 km long and lasts up to 2 hours. After the hike, we offer a menu with meals from the forest.
