Once a commonplace facility, the traditional smoke sauna has now become an exotic experience. When you are in a smoke sauna, you feel yourself going back in time and understand how, in addition to cleansing and invigorating the body, our ancestors also cleansed their soul and restored their mental balance.
However, if you want an even sharper experience then in addition to the smoke sauna, you can take a dip in the bathing barrel on the outdoor terrace or jump into the ice hole in the pond in winter. We also offer accommodation and catering.

On the Otepää-Sangaste road (the 10th km coming from Otepää), a signpost points to the left towards Toidupada; 500 m further on, the houses can already be seen on the right. When coming from Sangaste, it is also the 10th km, but then you have to turn right at the sign.
