Heltermaa Harbour – Palade Retrovisiit Palade Retrovisiit is located 19 km from Heltermaa Harbour. Take the main road towards Kärdla until you reach Palade. Turn left at the intersection which is situated a bit before Palade bus stop. After a few hundred meters, you will reach a steep curve to the right. Right before the curve, drive straight ahead, off the main road. Cross the intersection and then, the road will separate into two roads. There, take the road on the right and you should see the Palade kindergarten and Palade Retrovisiit.
