Controvento, the oldest Italian restaurant in Tallinn, is located in the heart of the medieval Latin Quarter, between the craft workshops on the St Catherine’s Passage. Its doors were opened in 1994.
We offer traditional Italian cuisine with an exciting twist. Our regulars know to book a table for the weekend.

Good food

Service ok I do not like when persons are operating on both sides of the desk and eating at the desk, answering calls Then, question is are hands clean when they serve customers Pizza was good

Nice

Great food and nice ambiance, I liked it so much I visited twice. Nice fireplace and there were snow flurries falling when I opened the door to go outside the restaurant into the medieval village.
