Toompuiestee 23, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn
Restaurant Emmeline & Otto is an elegant place for dining for up to 100 people.
Its limestone walls as well as the timber ceiling and floor convey the historic atmosphere of the hotel and establish an intimate and cosy environment.
The restaurant was named after the children of Baron Theophil von Stackelberg. Emmeline was one of the three names of the baron’s first child and Otto was one of the names of the baron’s first son. Their age difference was only two years, making them very close. They shared their secrets, one of which was cooking, with each other.
