Restaurant Söe

The simple childhood flavours at Restaurant Söe are quickly being replaced by the most modern ones currently offered in Estonia. A mosaic of three different fish with smoked cream cheese, cucumber, and sour cream and Järvamaa beef carpaccio, covered in fluffy clouds of Andre Farm’s cheese, are examples of the new menu. The dishes are inspired by the French cuisine. The flavours are a combination of the Nordic, French, and traditional and modern Estonian cuisine.
