Restaurant Vidrik is waiting to offer you new culinary experiences!
It was established by two chefs, who focus on local vegetables, game, and Siberian sturgeon from the Sangaste Castle pond. 

We serve authentic and honest Estonian food. Our dishes are simple, delicious, and served with a modern twist. The most important thing for us is that our food comes from our own country. We respect traditional seasoning and cooking techniques – for example, we prepare our dishes on an actual fire and in natural smoke.
