Saare Hiking Trail

The hiking trail has its beginning in Lyckholm Manor and at first runs along a grave road to the lake called Sutlepa meri (Sutlepa Sea). There is also a car park and a viewing platform 400 metres away. From there you will get to the birdwatching tower. In spring this is the place where you can follow the life of thousands of waterfowl. The beginning of a 900-metre boardwalk is right next to the tower.  The information board in the beginning and end of the rail provide information about the biota of the reeds and how they are run.
Good to know: The length of the trail is 4 kilometres. You can continue on an 8-kilometres “horse” trail. Hence you should allow yourself 2–6 hours of time. During wet periods you will need rubber boots.
