Seto Cuisine Workshop

Estonian proverbs say that "an empty sack cannot stand upright" and "whose foot strides, his mouth should smack, as well".

Come along with your friends and test your cooking skills in an authentic Seto house. Together we prepare exciting delicacies, such as suulliim cold soup, pea paté, piirak pies and sõir cheese. In addition to preparing food, we introduce visitors to unique features of Seto cuisine, including what they eat during fasting periods and celebrations. The workshop ends with a nice meal at a long farm table.
Depending on the time of year, it is possible to choose between different dishes.
