Tallinn Zoo has the most exciting collection of animals out of all the Nordic countries! It is home to giant elephants and rhinos, dangerous predators, monkeys, polar bears, and many other exotic species. The Tallinn Zoo also has one of the best exhibits of ibexes and mountain sheep in the world.
By visiting the Tallinn Zoo, you support species conservation activities. By purchasing a donation ticket, visitors can support the protection of the endangered Sumatran rhino and the endangered small cat species – the manul – in the wild.

Wheelchair access
The Tallinn Zoo is located just a 15-minute-drive from the city centre. The zoo can be accessed from two gates: the Northern Gate (Paldiski maantee 145). Bus stop Zoo by buses 21, 21B, 22, 37, 41, 41B, 42, and 43. The Western Gate (Ehitajate tee 150). Bus stop Meistri by buses 10, 12, 16, 26, 26A, 27, 28, 45, 46, and 61. You can also come by taxi: it is a 15-minute drive from the city centre (port) and costs 10 to 15 euros.
