Vanemuine Concert Hall

You are welcome to the Vanemuine Concert Hall in Tartu, the cradle of Estonian education and culture. The present building was erected in 1970 (architects A Volberg, P Tarvas, U Tölpus) to replace the one that perished in the Second World War. It was renovated in 1998 (architect A Kuldkepp) and the latest annex was completed in 2001.
In addition to being a well-loved concert venue, Vanemuine Concert Hall is also a modern conference centre where clever thoughts and rich knowledge sound as good as beautiful music. As well as the name, the Conference Centre also shares its name with Vanemuine Theatre.
