In the weed food workshop, we will:
- talk about which weeds to eat and which ones to leave in the forest;
- study what is good about weeds and how to make the best use of it for our health;
- prepare several weed dishes: for example, bread chips with dandelion pesto, mild nettle soup with smoked quail, weed pie with spring salads, and various healthy green smoothies.
You can also try out exciting herbal teas and weed chips.
Each participant will learn new weed recipes and experience real culinary delights!
The workshop will take place at the request of the client in Tartu or Southern Estonia.
