Canoeing & Kayaking
While canoeing or boating along Estonia’s rivers, you can peek into the surrounding forests, sandstone canyons and secret bogs. A shot of adrenaline is added by some modest rapids.
Canoeing and kayaking trips are organised pretty much everywhere in Estonia. The rivers and lakes in Estonia tend to be on the calm side and therefore great for the whole family.
Known as the fifth season, Soomaa National Park floods every year between the period of winter and spring, giving you the unique opportunity to canoe or kayak through the forest, and occasionally even right through the courtyards of waterlogged houses.
