Veski tänav-11/1, Paide linn, Paide
The tower on Vallimägi Hill in Paide is now home to the Wittenstein Time Centre. An elevator has taken over the role of a time machine, with displays from different eras exhibited on different floors - the days of knights, kings and stars, the period of occupation, the first Republic of Estonia, and the period of the country's regained independence. Sound and lighting effects, video programmes and illusions add to the overall effect.
Did you know...? - It takes around 1.5-2 hours to fully explore the centre - Groups of 10+ people receive a discount - The Time Centre was co-financed by the European Fund for Regional Development and Paide City Government - Booking in advance, groups are also welcome on Mondays and Tuesdays
