Estonia has become a destination for tax-free shopping
On the 11th of November, the Estonian Parliament made a decision to lower the boundary of tax-free purchases until the end of 2011. While the previous boundary was 2000 EEK, now tourists can make tax-free purchases beginning from 600 EEK (€38).
