Pärnu River, one of the longest in Estonia, flows through 25 km of Türi municipality. This canoe adventure can be started at the man-made lake in Türi, from beneath the Särevere bridge or at Laupa Manor as soon as the river is free of ice and until the first snow. The old dams in Särevere and Laupa are easy to navigate. There are a lot of interesting places along the river, stopping at which would stretch the trip out to four days in total. Of course you can make it shorter, canoeing for example from Türi to the Rae bridge at the border of Järva County. The trip includes transport from the end point of your trip back to the point you started from.
