Restaurant Meat & Wine is famous for its steaks that are prepared in the Spanish oven Josper that combines open fire with the advantages of a closed so-called Russian-type oven. We heat the oven only with clean charcoal. Thanks to the heat (the temperature is about 300 °C), meat or fish that has been placed in the oven is instantly covered with a crispy crust that prevents moisture from evaporating and guarantees that it cooks in its own juices. The dishes turn out very tender and succulent!
