Preferably at 5 p.m. (or at other times as an exception), we taste 3 different fermented teas made following the traditional method. These include, in addition to vine leaves and currant leaves, the famous Ivan Chai, which was drunk by both the tsar’s family and the common people, as the tea is known for its excellent taste and healing properties.
We will also talk about the local life and ancient times.
Fermented teas, home wines, and other Alatskivi edible souvenirs can also be purchased.
