Healing smoke sauna ritual by Männiku Metsatalu

We welcome you between the indigenous forests near the Loodi Nature Park!

Some years ago our smoke sauna was updated with an extension featuring a heated resting area with roofed terrace and a bridge across the pond. We heat the smoke sauna for the entire day, because all the needed heat must be stored in the heater stones with one heating. Then it will be ready to welcome you. Take some time off to cleanse your body and mind!

A refreshing dip in the pond, local hush in the tree leaves to meditate and the opportunity to feel the mysticism of our ancestors' cleansing and mental balance traditions.
