The Karksi Village Museum has three rooms: a kolkhoz (collective farm) room, a grandmother's-grandfather's room and a school classroom.
The kolkhoz room displays flags, banners, awards and photos from the Karksi Kolkhoz. The grandmother's-grandfather's room has a permanent exhibit on a typical grandmother's-grandfather's room from an early 20th century farm in Mulgimaa. The classroom portrays the history of the Karksi municipal school and the local history from the time of the manors to the present day.
