The spacious and bright apartment is located in a residential area. This three-storey historic house was built in 1934 for Paul Fendt, who worked as a painter at the famous Kärdla Felt Factory. His wife Helene Fendt was one of the first female photographers on Hiiumaa.

The guest apartment consists of a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a toilet/bathroom, and guests can also use part of the garden. The bedroom window overlooks the garden and the artesian well, and the living room window overlooks a quiet street.
