Restaurant Kolck

Nordic kitchen culture, Baltic German cuisine, Estonian raw materials, historical atmosphere, simplicity, and classics are the keywords used by Kolck to pass on the story of Kolga Manor through food, charming interiors, and exciting events. The specialty of Restaurant Kolck is its fish dishes, which are made from fish caught from the local lakes and sea.

Vegetables and fresh herbs are brought from the farmers' market. Authentic flavours and large proportions are dominant throughout the menu.

On Sundays, we offer a delicious brunch and on special occasions, a themed special menu. We serve our dishes with fitting drinks from the Kolck brewery.

  • May have been a bad night..

    We visited the restaurant before a going to see a play. The website looked promising as did the idea of dining in a manor. The interior is nice (rough, but nice) and there's definitely thought gone...

    En munkorden ägde först "Kolck" men bytte herrgården mot Roma kloster på Gotland, med den danske kungen,för många århundranden sedan. Pontus de La Gardi fick herrgården i gåva av den svenske kungen...
