NADA is on summer vacation to gather inspiration. We will meet again in early autumn.
NADA, or nothing, is both the starting point and the end result. Our hope is to inspire guests – to offer good tastes, a different experience, and food for thought. We want to look for answers and raise new questions. But above all, we want to offer an experience that is not only sustainable but also memorable.
NADA is Peeter's version of the head chef's table, which is set only on Fridays and Saturdays for a journey of more than three hours. The dinner reflects the current season and is inspired by traditions and the travels of chef Peeter.
