Kena Köök Training Centre

Kena Köök is Saaremaa's own food mecca, the aim of which is to use as many local ingredients as possible to introduce various methods and techniques of modern cooking. We take a look at the classic Estonian and Saaremaa cuisine and, of course, national cuisines from different parts of the world as well.
During the food training, the participants will work as a team to create a menu that consists of at least three courses paired with the best drinks from both Estonia and elsewhere.
